Youth Off Road Certification
Children under the age of 16 must be certified by the Minnesota DNR to be eligible to ride in the Paul Bunyan State Forest and all other state forests. This includes trail riding and AMA sanctioned events.
Certification is easy. It consists of completing a safety oriented workbook and written test. Fee is $5.00 submitted with the written test.
